• We are changing the way we charge you
• Currently we charge you £2 for every withdrawal that you make digitally (via our App) – the good news is with effect 1st October 2025 – this will be FREE
• The request for withdrawals over the telephone will remain the same at £2.00
• From 1st October 2025 we are introducing a £2 fee for withdrawals made at branch

This means each time you come into the branch and ask for money over the counter we will charge you £2.00 – the good news is we have increased our maximum withdrawal per day amount from £150 to £250
