Dear Member,

  • We are changing the way we charge you
  • Currently we charge you £2 for every withdrawal that you make digitally (via our App) – the good news is with effect 1st October 2025 – this will be FREE
  • The request for withdrawals over the telephone will remain the same at £2.00
  • From 1st October 2025 we are introducing a £2 fee for withdrawals made at branch

Engage is Switching to Suits Me: Here’s What You Need to Know 

Big changes are happening for Engage cardholders—Engage is closing down and transferring all it’s customers to Suits Me. If you currently use an Engage card, here’s what you need to know:

What’s Happening?

  • Engage accounts are being moved to Suits Me.
  • You should have received an email or letter from Suits Me explaining the transition process.

Christmas Bank Holiday Closing Times

Please note LASER’s office opening times over the festive period will be as follows:

  • Tuesday 24th December: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Wednesday 25th December: CLOSED
  • Thursday 26th December: CLOSED
  • Friday 27th December: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
