Please note due to technical issues with an external provider we are currently experiencing some online technical issues which are affecting our members making online withdrawals, payments and our phone lines are also affected. Our branch is operating as usual for cash withdrawals and we hope that this issue is resolved soon.

- We are changing the way we charge you
- Currently we charge you £2 for every withdrawal that you make digitally (via our App) – the good news is with effect 1st October 2025 – this will be FREE
- The request for withdrawals over the telephone will remain the same at £2.00
- From 1st October 2025 we are introducing a £2 fee for withdrawals made at branch
