New Premises, Telephone Service, Top-Up Loans
We are looking at a site in Effingham Square as a potential new home for LASER. There is work to be done on setting up the building as we need it, but we think it will be very convenient to our members. We expect to be moving some time in September.
We are setting up a new telephone service, and once operational, you will call the same number as before – 01709 836500. For the moment, we have only one telephone to answer all incoming calls, so you will have difficulty getting through by phone. We can only apologise for this, and hope you will recognise that we are in the hands of the telephone service providers. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as we are able.
Services at Riverside Building
RMBC have been very helpful in allowing us to use their premises temporarily, and we can now offer the full range of services from there, although we are holding back on new loans to allow us to focus on dealing with all the current issues. We hope members will understand that we don’t have the full facilities of a permanent office, so transactions can be slower than usual. We are doing our best, and will get back to full speed when we move again.
We are now providing top-up loans again, and as it’s holiday season, we have a lot of demand. Please be patient with us, and we will continue to make every effort to satisfy your needs.
