Customer Notice – Coronavirus
In the light of recent government announcements and advice regarding the Coronavirus LASER Credit Union would like to take this opportunity to inform you of what you can expect from us and what we would expect from you.
At the moment our services are continuing to operate as normal, but we will continue to monitor and assess the situation.
Please consider your health and that of others and help us to minimise this risk. If you are one of the categories that has been advised to limit activities to essential activity you will still be able to access our services without coming into our office.
Many of our services, such as requesting a BACS payment or a top-up loan, can now be provided from the comfort of your own home. You can contact us by telephone, email, website or mobile app.
If you regularly withdraw cash at our office, please consider contacting us to apply for an Engage Card. Having the VISA debit card will mean that you have 24hr access to your money and be able to make withdrawals at a cash machine. If you would like more information about the Engage card, please ask a member of staff for details. Please also note that we are now accepting applications for the Engage card by telephone.
