Notice of AGM on Zoom

Annual General Meeting on ZOOM – Wednesday 11th November 2020 at 1.30 pm 


We were unable to hold our planned AGM (for the financial year 2018-2019) this year due to the lockdown in March.

We are now giving formal notice to LASER Credit Union members of a virtual AGM to be held using Zoom on Wednesday 11th November 2020 at 1.30 pm.

 While this is not ideal we believe that this allows us to meet our statutory obligations, provide you with the relevant information, the opportunity to vote on the accounts, the election of officers, and the appointment of external auditors and to ask questions. We will also be able to update you on how we have dealt with the Covid crisis so far.

Please email us at enquiries@lasercu.org.uk if you would like to join us for the Zoom AGM on the 11th November 2020 at 1.30 pm.  We will then send you the formal invitation to join the Zoom session, together with some guidance on how it will work in practice and how you can actively participate, as well as all the relevant AGM papers. These papers will include a shortened version of the accounts for convenience, but as usual, a full copy of the accounts will be available to any member on request.

We are very sorry we can’t meet in the usual way but are very keen to have your involvement in a way that is safe for all concerned.
