We are pleased to say that the damaged Virgin cable that caused our internet to go down and disrupted service delivery last Thursday and Friday has been replaced.
Thank you for your patience while services were down and delayed.
Due to the delay with bank payments no BACS fees were charged last Thursday and Friday.
We are now back up and running as normal including our phone line which has just been fixed.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and thank you for your patience.
Please note that we will be closed on New Year’s Day, Monday 1st January 2024.
Benefit payments expected in on Monday should come in tomorrow, Friday 29th December 2024, but please check the government website page below for more information:
