COVID-19 UPDATE – 19th July 2021

 LASER’s Arrangements post 19th July 2021

From 19th July 2021 the Government will ease restrictions and has said that it is up to individuals and businesses as to how they manage the virus.  Public Health advice, and the view of Government’s scientific advisors, is that the pandemic is not over and that it is inadvisable to abandon all precautions.  LASER’s message to members is therefore that we will continue to operate as we have done throughout the pandemic.  Rates of covid-19 are rising and therefore we are continuing to ask you to limit your visits to our office.  If you do visit our office, we will continue to operate our “one in – one out” policy, and would prefer that you:

  • wear a mask (unless you are exempt from wearing one)
  • sanitise your hands when entering and leaving the office
  • maintain a social distance of two metres (if applicable)

Please do not come to our offices if you are displaying symptoms of covid-19.

LASER believes it has a duty to ensure the safety of its customers and staff and therefore we will continue to work as we have done for the past months. We are continuing to operate in this way because we want to remain open so that we can continue to provide our services to members.

We will continue to monitor the situation but over the past months LASER has put in new ways of working.  These new ways of working mean that you can access all our services from the comfort of your home using our website and mobile app.  So if you have not already done so we ask you to sign up to these services.  Please call or email us if you need help through the process.  LASER is confident that these new ways of working provide good customer access and service to its customers.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and co-operation.

Thank You
